Core Capabilities

Deltareef has been a leading construction company in North East Arnhem Land since 1991, delivering new construction and maintenance projects across regional hubs and remote homelands. Its capabilities span end-to-end commercial and residential delivery, including new builds, plumbing, electrical, fabrication, carpentry trades and sawmill operations.

Marngarr supports the wellbeing of Aboriginal people in East Arnhem by delivering essential health, education, housing, and employment services, while prioritising Yolŋu employment, training, and leadership. Its services include landscaping, tenancy management, a mechanic workshop, the Youth Centre, the nutrition program, and the Gopu Store & Nursery.

Gumatj Civil is a provider of civil construction, earthworks, and infrastructure services across Northeast Arnhem Land, supported by a skilled local workforce and deep cultural knowledge. The team also operates the Gunyangara quarry, concrete batching plant, haulage services, and landscaping supply operations.

Opened in December 2017, the Gulkula Mine is the first Indigenous owned and operated Bauxite Mine in the world. Gulkula undertakes all phases of the bauxite mining process from Exploration to Rehabilitation.
