Marngarr meaning

Marngarr is a word derived from the Macassans and is a place where Macassans settled and built stone cooking areas to cook trepang; a site of cultural exchange and significance to the Gumatj. Naming our brand "Margnarr" honors our history of trade and cultural interaction, reflecting our heritage and resilience.
