Business Groups
We offer cultural courses prepared and delivered at the Gulkula site by our elders. Available all year round, the program covers:
- History of the region
- Industries and resources including mining leases
- The Yolngu People including beliefs, kinship, adoption, language and ceremonies
- Dos and Do nots in community
School Groups
We are a program partner of Culture College, a program that organises high school tours to our region to inspire and educate students about Yolngu culture. Students get to:
- Immerse in Aboriginal culture
- Learn about conversation techniques
- Take part in community service and art classes
- See our businesses including the woodwork shop and stay at the Gulkula site.
