Gulkula Site (Garma)
Our purpose built site at Gulkula hosts corporate events, cultural education for businesses and students and the annual Garma Festival.
Located 40km from Nhulunbuy on the Central Arnhem Road, the site is on the edge of an escarpment with views of rolling ranges and the coast.
The site includes:
- Knowledge Centre – an air-conditioned enclosed auditorium with media area and learning rooms. Designed to hold up to 150 people.
- Commercial kitchen
- Coffee shop
- Stage and oval
- Fire pits
- Fixed accommodation
- Camping areas
- Shower and restroom block
- Generator
We set up and manage this site during Garma Festival.

School Holiday Activities
We keep our kids entertained during the school holidays with a range of activities provided by The Shire and us. The activities range from sports to games and hip-hop dancing.
